Typical stages
1. RFQ and feasibility
Review product structure, material, logo process, target quantity and timeline.
2. Sample making
Most samples take about 5-10 days after artwork and details are confirmed.
3. Sample approval
Buyer confirms size, material, logo effect, packaging direction and any adjustment.
4. Bulk production
Common bulk orders usually take about 20-35 days after sample approval and deposit.
5. QC and packing
Appearance, dimensions, stitching, logo position, quantity and carton marks are checked.
6. Shipment support
We prepare packing details and coordinate with buyer forwarder or shipping plan.
